The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. The connectors are available in single, dual, or triple row configurations, with a pitch spacing of 2.54mm and straight orientation. They are rated for high operating temperatures from -55°C to 125°C, with 10-micrometer gold-plated contacts made from phosphor bronze. The insulator is made of natural liquid crystal polymer, complying with UL and CSA standards. An optional locking feature is available for enhanced security.
