The HTSW series from Samtec are high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with a wide range of Samtec connectors including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. They are available with single, dual, or triple rows, with pitch spacing of 2.54 mm, and can accommodate 2 to 25 contacts per row in a right-angle orientation. Made from phosphor bronze with matte tin plating and natural liquid crystal polymer insulators, these connectors operate reliably within temperatures from -55°C to 105°C. They are compliant with UL and CSA standards, and feature optional locking mechanisms for added security.
