The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable electrical connections. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with Samtec series connectors such as SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. Available in various configurations, including single, dual, and triple rows, with options for different pin counts and terminal lengths. They are constructed with phosphor bronze terminals and utilize natural liquid crystal polymer insulators, supporting operating temperatures from -55°C to 125°C with 10 micrometers gold-plated contacts. The series complies with UL and CSA standards, and features like locking leads and clips are optional, making them suitable for industrial applications where signal integrity and reliability are critical.
