The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for industrial applications. These unshrouded, through-hole connectors feature 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. Available in single, dual, and triple row configurations, with a pitch spacing of 2.54 mm, they are suitable for high-reliability signal connections. The contacts are gold-plated on phosphor bronze, with an operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C. The insulator is made of natural liquid crystal polymer, and the series complies with UL and CSA standards. Optional locking features are available for securing connections.
