The Airpax SNAPAK series offers a snap-acting hydraulic magnetic circuit protector that integrates power switching and accurate, reliable circuit protection into a single package. This design replaces three separate components – a power switch, fuse, and fuse holder – simplifying assembly, reducing inventory, and increasing panel density. The SNAPAK is suitable for DC or 50/60Hz operation and is available in 400Hz versions. Offered with paddle, rocker, push-pull, and push-to-reset actuators, it finds applications in office appliances, medical equipment, business machines, and vending machines. Its snap-acting design ensures immediate opening and closing of contacts, preventing operator “teasing” and minimizing arcing. SNAPAK circuit protectors are UL Recognized, CSA Certified, VDE Approved, CCC Approved, and CE Compliant.
