The Power Versa-Lock connector system offers high-performance, wire-to-wire power and signal solutions with IP67-rated protection against water and dust. Its patented twist-and-lock cap design allows moisture to drip away from the connection in refrigeration applications. Optional TPA and back covers ensure proper assembly, depending on whether the version is sealed or unsealed. Suitable for a wide range of markets, including home appliances, industrial equipment, lighting, automotive, and automation, applications include robotic lawn mowers, pressure washers, refrigeration, indoor and outdoor lighting, robotics, conveyors, HVAC systems, and washing machines. The Power Versa-Lock plug features perimeter seals for low mating force and improved ergonomics, a compact 5mm centerline for space-saving design, a maximum current rating of 15A, and a voltage rating of 600VAC suitable for high-power applications. The cap and plug housings meet UL 94-V0 safety standards, with a reliable tab and receptacle contact system. Mounting clips are included to reduce movement in high-vibration environments. Compliant with UL E28476 standards.
