The TEPT5700 is a 2-pin Ambient Light Sensor features high photo sensitivity. The ambient light sensor is a silicon NPN epitaxial planar phototransistor. It is sensitive to visible light much like the human eye and has peak sensitivity at 570nm.




Adapted to human eye responsivity

Angle of half sensitivity is ±50°

Wavelength of peak sensitivity is 570nm

Power dissipation of 100mW

Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
