The TLMS1000-GS08 from Vishay is a surface mount, red LED made of AllnGaP material. This LED features low current and high reliability lead frame base and LED is widely used at backlight keypads, navigation systems, cellular phone displays, Industrial control system displays, miniaturized colour effects and traffic displays.
