The RZ22-4 is a copper ring terminal with an electro-tin plated finish and a yellow nylon insulator. It features a self-insulated design with high dielectric-strength nylon sleeves and an inner bronze insulation grip, which extends the flexing radius of the conductor and prevents conductor creep. This Sta-Kon® ring terminal is compatible with a complete line of installation tools designed to match, and it has brazed seam wire barrels that can be crimped at any point along the circumference. The terminal can be installed using crimping tools with either single or double indenters (double indenter recommended for solid wire) and is suitable for wire sizes from 22 to 26 AWG. Its serrated barrel enhances wire grip, and wire size identification is marked on the terminal tongue. Constructed of electrolytic copper for high conductivity, it also meets UL94V-2 flammability requirements. Suitable for use in defense, military, and aerospace applications.
