It offers a wide range of approved cable diameters within the IP68 sealing rating, suitable for demanding environments. Approved for NEMA 4, 4X, 6, and 6P applications, this fitting features a ratchet design in the sealing nut assembly for superior anti-vibration protection and a secure grip on the cable. The body, with Acme threads, prevents skipping and allows for quick installation. Made entirely from nylon with a Buna N sealing gland, it resists salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease, and common solvents, although this resistance is not UL certified. Available in multiple sizes to accommodate flexible cord diameters from 0.065 inches (1.7 mm) to 1.560 inches (39.6 mm). It is recommended to use the fitting with the smallest maximum diameter suitable for your application; locknuts are not included and must be purchased separately.
