KEMET's Goldmax conformally coated radial leaded ceramic capacitors feature a C0G dielectric with a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. The C0G dielectric is a stable, Class I material, ideal for resonant circuits or applications requiring high stability and minimal performance variation. These capacitors exhibit no significant change in capacitance over time and voltage, with a temperature coefficient of approximately ±30 ppm/°C from -55°C to +125°C. They meet the UL 94V-0 flame test requirements. Capacitance values range from 1pF to 0.47μF, with voltage ratings of 25V, 50V, 100V, 200V, and 250V. Tolerances include ±0.1pF, ±0.25pF, ±0.5pF, ±1%, ±2%, ±5%, and ±10%. The devices feature extremely low ESR and ESL, high thermal stability, and high ripple current capability. They are non-polar, reducing installation concerns, and show no capacitance decay over time or with applied rated voltage. The dimensions are 3.81mm x 3.14mm (L x H). Delivery may be affected due to extended lead times caused by market demand. These capacitors are exempt from discounts.
