The AVX high voltage multilayer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCC) with X7R dielectric are designed for high voltage applications ranging from 600V to 5000V. These capacitors feature high capacitance, small case sizes, low leakage current, and excellent EMI filtering capabilities. They are suitable for use in snubbers in high-frequency power converters, resonators in switch-mode power supplies, and high voltage coupling or DC blocking. The capacitors are available in various sizes, including 0805, 1206, 1210, 1808, 1812, 1825, 2220, 2225, and 3640, with capacitance values from 10pF to 0.82μF. Rated voltages include 600VDC to 5000VDC, with tolerances of ±10%, ±20%, or +80%/-20%. They come with nickel/tin or palladium/silver terminations, have a temperature coefficient of ±15% at 0VDC, and operate from -55°C to 125°C.
