The DS1626 and DS1726 are high-precision digital thermometers and thermostats operating over a -55°C to +125°C range. They offer temperature measurement accuracy of ±0.5°C from 0°C to +70°C for DS1626, and ±1°C from -10°C to +85°C for DS1726. The devices feature user-selectable resolution from 9 to 12 bits, allowing temperature measurements to be converted in up to 750ms. They include stand-alone thermostat functionality with three programmable outputs—Ty, Tlow, and Tcom—and store configuration settings in nonvolatile EEPROM. Communication is via a 3-wire serial interface, with wide power supply compatibility of 2.7V to 5.5V, suitable for space-constrained applications.
