The MAX9113ESA+ is a dual LVDS line receiver in an 8-pin NSOIC package, designed for high-speed data transmission with ultra-low pulse skew of up to 300 ps. It converts LVDS signals to CMOS or LVTTL levels at rates exceeding 500 Mbps, operating from a single 3.3V supply. This device is suitable for high-resolution imaging applications such as laser printers and digital copiers. It features high-speed operation, low power consumption (29 mW at 3.3V), and a flow-through pinout for simplified PCB layout. The receiver complies with the EIA/TIA-644 standard, has a fail-safe circuit that sets the output high when inputs are undriven, and maintains high-impedance LVDS inputs when powered off. It offers a differential input resistance of 18 kΩ, maximum rise and fall times of 0.8 ns at 85°C with a 15 pF load, and is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Additionally, it provides protection up to ±11 kV using the human body model, and is pin-compatible with the DS90LV018A and DS90LV028A. Suitable for consumer electronics, portable devices, and communication and networking equipment.
Experience high-speed, low-skew signal reception with the Maxim Series MAX9113ESA dual LVDS receiver.
