These off-the-shelf stackable linear (SL) positive lock discrete cable assemblies are designed for both prototyping and production applications across various industries. They support multiple termination styles including discrete wire crimp, FFC, and IDT. The connectors feature two independent contact points for improved electrical performance and reliability. A connector position assurance (CPA) lock ensures secure wire-to-wire and wire-to-board connections, preventing disengagement even in high-vibration environments. Suitable for consumer, industrial, automotive, data, telecommunications, medical, and commercial vehicle applications, these assemblies are built with a polyester alloy housing, phosphor bronze contacts with tin plating, and operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. They are rated up to 600V AC/DC and 3A current, with up to 25 mating cycles. The SL male-to-pigtail off-the-shelf cable assemblies offer flexible connection options, a positive lock mechanism for secure mating in vibration-prone environments, and split-peg PCB headers to maintain header position during soldering. They feature a low-profile, stackable design with both vertical and right-angle headers, complying with UL file number E29179 and CSA file number LR19980.
