The 216330 series EdgeLock off-the-shelf cable assembly features space-saving design with positive locking for secure connections. It includes a locking mechanism on the reverse side of the crimp terminal to prevent accidental disconnection once inserted into the housing. The dual cantilever crimp terminal provides increased normal force for enhanced long-term electrical reliability. The connector housing has a polarization rib to prevent mis-mating with the PCB. Made with a nylon housing and phosphor bronze contacts with tin plating, these assemblies are UL certified (file no.: E29179) and rated for a maximum voltage of 125VAC/DC and current up to 3A. Suitable for applications in consumer electronics, home appliances, industrial equipment, and solid-state lighting, they support up to 30 mating cycles and operate within a temperature range of -10°C to +105°C.
