The EdgeLock series off-the-shelf cable assemblies offer space-efficient design with positive locking mechanisms for secure connections. The locking feature on the reverse side of the crimp terminal prevents accidental disconnection once inserted into the housing. The dual cantilever crimp terminal design with embossed contact points ensures reliable electrical contact and long-term durability. These assemblies are suitable for applications such as consumer electronics, home appliances, industrial devices, and solid-state lighting. They feature a polarization rib on the connector housing to prevent mis-mating with PCBs, are UL (file no.: E29179) approved, and support a maximum voltage of 125VAC/DC with a current of up to 3A. The nylon housing and phosphor bronze contacts with tin plating ensure durability over up to 30 insertion cycles. Operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +105°C.
