The 24LC512-I/P is a 512Kb (64K x 8) I²C™ serial electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM). It operates over a voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and is suitable for low-power applications such as personal communications and data acquisition. The device supports page writes of up to 128 bytes and allows both random and sequential reads up to its 512Kb capacity. Multiple devices can be connected on the same bus, up to eight, using functional address lines, providing a total address space of up to 4Mb.
