The MIC2250 is a high-efficiency, low-EMI boost switching regulator suitable for a wide range of applications, including LCD/OLED display bias supplies, CCD bias supplies, and mobile devices. Its proprietary control method minimizes output voltage and current ripple, while the pseudo-random dithering function reduces EMI levels. The MIC2250 offers high peak efficiency (up to 90%) and excellent light-load efficiency (up to 80%), making it ideal for power-sensitive designs. Available in both 5-pin Thin SOT-23 and 8-pin 2mm x 2mm MLF packages, it provides flexibility for various form factors.
