The Microchip MCP6472 family of operational amplifiers features low input bias current of approximately 150 picoamperes at 125°C, with rail-to-rail input and output capabilities. These op amps are stable at unity gain and have a typical gain bandwidth product of 2 MHz. They operate from a single supply voltage as low as 2.0V and consume only about 100 microamperes of quiescent current per amplifier. Designed using advanced CMOS technology, they are suitable for applications such as photodiode and pH electrode amplification, low leakage amplification, and battery-powered signal conditioning. The family includes options in single (MCP6471), dual (MCP6472), and quad (MCP6474) packages, all rated for extended temperature ranges from -40°C to +125°C.
