The Microchip Technology MCP6S21/2/6/8 series are analog programmable gain amplifiers (PGAs) optimized for high speed, low offset voltage, and single-supply operation. These PGAs offer rail-to-rail input and output capability and can be configured for gains from +1 V/V to +32 V/V. The serial interface allows for gain adjustment and shutdown for power conservation. They are well-suited for A/D converter drivers, multiplexed analog applications, data acquisition systems, industrial instrumentation, test equipment, and medical instrumentation. Available in PDIP, SOIC, MSOP, and TSSOP packages, these PGAs are fully specified from -40°C to +85°C.
