The AS150SS is a stainless steel HOL-SEALERS™ hole seal designed for electrical enclosures. It features a polished front surface and is suitable for sealing 1-1/2-inch conduit holes, as well as extra pushbutton, conduit, and knockout openings against dust, dirt, oil, and water when used with Hoffman HOLSEALERS™. It can accommodate holes of various sizes, from 0.19 inches up to the maximum specified in the table. The assembly can be used on enclosure walls up to 0.31 inches (8mm) thick. The back plate is made of 16-gauge stainless steel; the seal, back plate, stud (10-24 x 5/8), and wing nut are all constructed from 300 series stainless steel. An oil-resistant gasket is included, and the seal provides an IP66 protection rating, making it suitable for industrial applications.
