The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers featuring unshrouded through-hole design. These connectors have a 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square post and are compatible with various Samtec connector series such as SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. They are available in a wide range of standard pin counts and terminal lengths, making them suitable for applications requiring high signal integrity and reliability. The connectors can be ordered in single, dual, or triple row configurations with optional locking features, and have a pitch spacing of 2.54 mm. They operate reliably within a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C, with contacts made of phosphor bronze and insulators of natural liquid crystal polymer. These products comply with UL and CSA standards and are suitable for industrial applications.
