The HTSW series from Samtec are high-temperature terminal strip headers suitable for demanding industrial applications. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with a variety of Samtec connectors including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS series. They are available in single, dual, or triple row configurations with optional locking features. The pitch spacing is 2.54mm, accommodating 1 to 50 contacts per row, with a straight orientation. The contacts are gold-plated with a high operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Made from phosphor bronze with a natural liquid crystal polymer insulator, these headers meet UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards, ensuring reliable signal integrity and durability.
