The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable electrical connections. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature a 2.54mm pitch spacing and are available with single, dual, or triple rows, accommodating 1 to 50 contacts per row. They are equipped with 0.635mm (0.025 inch) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. The connectors have a high operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C, with gold-plated contacts for enhanced reliability. Made from phosphor bronze with a natural liquid crystal polymer insulator, they meet UL and CSA standards. Optional locking features such as locking leads and clips are available. These connectors are ideal for industrial applications requiring signal integrity and reliability.
