The 102018 WDU4 Blue is a one-circuit feed-through terminal block with screw connection, designed for plug-in cross-connectors and screwable cross connections. It supports wire cross sections from 26 AWG to 10 AWG (4 mm²), featuring a 2.5 mm² clamping screw and a 10 mm stripping length. The terminal block is mounted on a TS 35 rail with snap-on design, and is distinguished by its blue color. Made from hardened steel for mechanical strength and high-quality tinned copper for optimal conductivity, all materials comply with environmental testing standards. The W-series offers versatile solutions for standard electrical functions, providing significant time savings over traditional screw terminals thanks to patented screw connection technology, which allows two conductors of the same cross-section to be connected within a single clamping yoke. Key features include easy clipping or removal from the rail, thermal stability up to 120°C, and safety features such as maintenance-free contacts, high contact force, and shock protection even when cross-connected. The terminal block is also flame-retardant with a UL94V-0 rating and is suitable for industrial applications.
