The enclosure has a door secured with a slotted quarter-turn latch, with larger units (30 inches and above) equipped with two latches. A bonding stud on the door and a grounding stud inside the enclosure facilitate grounding. The enclosure and door are finished with a durable ANSI 61 grey powder coating, while the inner panel is coated in white powder coating. The enclosure offers IP20 and NEMA-1 protection ratings, is formed and spot-welded from steel, with a removable door mounted on slip hinges.
