The N2796A is a high-performance, low-cost active probe with a 2 GHz bandwidth and an AutoProbe interface, designed for general-purpose high-speed digital and analog measurements. It features a high input resistance of 1 MΩ and an extremely low input capacitance of 1 pF, ensuring minimal loading on the device under test (DUT) and preserving signal integrity. The probe offers a wide input dynamic range of ±8 V and an offset range of ±12 V, suitable for various applications in digital logic testing, component characterization, and educational research.
