The MAX11101EUB+ is a 14bit, +5V, 200Ksps analogue to digital converter (ADC) with 10µA shutdown in 10 pin µMAX package. The device includes an input track and hold (T/H) and successive approximation register (SAR) circuitry to convert an analogue input signal to a digital 14bit output. The excellent dynamic performance and low power, combined with ease of use and small package size makes device ideal for battery powered and data-acquisition applications or for other circuits with demanding power consumption and space requirements. It is also used in thermocouple measurements and accelerometer measurements.




Supply voltage range is 4.75V to 5.25V

Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C

Adjustable logic level (2.7V to 5.25V)

Input voltage range from 0 to VREF

Internal track and hold, 4MHz input bandwidth

Normal and shutdown 2 power modes

SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE compatible serial interface

Low power supply current of 2.45mA at 200Ksps and 140µA at 10Ksps

Low power supply current of 0.1µA in power down mode
