The MAX1116EKA+T is a single-supply, low-power, serial 8bit analogue to digital converter in 8 pin SOT-23 package. It features an internal track/hold (T/H), voltage reference, VDD monitor, clock and serial interface. The MAX1116 is specified from +4.5V to +5.5V and consume only 175μA at 100Ksps. The full-scale analogue input range is determined by the internal reference of +4.096V. The MAX1116 also feature AutoShutdown power-down mode which reduces power consumption to less than 1μA when the device is not in use. The 3-wire serial interface directly connects to SPI, QSPI and MICROWIRE devices without external logic. Conversions up to 100Ksps are performed using an internal clock. Typical applications include system diagnostics, battery-powered test equipment, receive-signal-strength indicators and 4mA to 20mA powered remote data-acquisition systems.

Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C

Relative accuracy and differential non linearity is ±1LSB

Offset error is 0.5LSB and gain error is ±5%FSR
