MAXIM INTEGRATED / ANALOG DEVICES MAX13030EETE Logic Level Translator

The MAX13030EETE+ is a six-channel high-speed logic level translator in a 16-pin TQFN package. It provides bidirectional level shifting for data transfer rates up to 100 Mbps in multi-voltage systems and operates at full speed with external drivers. Each I/O channel is pulled up to VCC or VL by an internal 30μA current source, allowing operation with either push-pull or open-drain drivers. This device is ideal for memory card level translation and general level shifting applications. It supports a supply voltage range of 2.2V to 3.6V and an operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. The translator is compatible with input drivers of 4mA or higher. An Enable (EN) input allows the device to enter a low-power shutdown mode. It features an automatic shutdown when VCC drops below VL, and provides ±15KV ESD protection on I/O and VCC lines.
