This amplifier is ideal for various applications including cellular infrastructure, private or commercial microwave radios, and cable television or modem systems. It operates over a frequency range from 40 MHz to 4 GHz, with an operating voltage between +3 V and +5.25 V. The input and output ports are internally matched to 50 ohms. The device offers an extremely flat frequency response of less than 0.5 dB from 1 GHz to 4 GHz, a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, and features a low noise figure of 2.0 dB at 2.0 GHz. The typical supply current is 81.5 mA, with a shutdown current of just 7 µA. It has an output third-order intercept point (OIP3) of +37.6 dBm and a 1 dB compression point (P1dB) of +19.5 dBm. The amplifier provides a high gain of 18.6 dB and includes an adjustable bias current for improved OIP3 performance. It also features a high industry-standard ESD rating of 2.5 kV HBM.
