The MAX4162ESA+T is a low-power, rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifier housed in an 8-pin NSOIC package. It offers an excellent balance of bandwidth and power efficiency, consuming only 25µA of quiescent current per amplifier while achieving a 200kHz gain-bandwidth product. The op-amp is unity-gain stable and capable of driving capacitive loads, with an input common-mode voltage range extending 250mV beyond each supply rail. Its proprietary architecture ensures high input common-mode rejection ratio without midswing nonlinearities, maintaining high open-loop gain and output swing even under substantial loads. Designed for single-supply operation with voltages from 2.5V to 10V and dual supply voltages from ±1.25V to ±5V, it operates reliably within -40°C to 85°C. Features include a typical input bias current of 1pA, maximum input offset voltage of ±3mV at 25°C, high CMRR and PSRR (up to 110dB), no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, phase margin of 60°, gain margin of 12dB, slew rate of 115V/µs, and internal short-circuit protection.
