The MAX5477EUD+ is a dual non-volatile linear taper digital potentiometer housed in a 14-pin TSSOP package. It features two independently controlled 256-position potentiometers, controlled via an I²C interface. The device has a low temperature coefficient, making it ideal for applications that require stable variable resistors, such as low-drift circuits and programmable gain amplifiers. It operates within a voltage range of 2.7V to 5.25V and an temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Additional features include power-on recall of wiper positions from non-volatile memory, EEPROM write protection, and a ratiometric temperature coefficient of 10ppm/°C. The device consumes a static current of 1µA, supports a data rate of 400kbps, and has three address inputs for eight unique device addresses. The total resistance is 10kΩ with ±25% tolerance and a temperature coefficient of 70ppm/°C. It provides high linearity with ±0.5 LSB differential nonlinearity (DNL) and ±1 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL) in voltage divider mode.
Enhance your circuit designs with the MAX5477EUD+ dual digitally controlled potentiometer, supporting 256 tap points and I²C interface for precise adjustments. Its operating voltage of 2.7V to 5.25V and temperature range of -40°C to 85°C make it suitable for a wide array of industrial and low-drift applications. The device offers low static current of 1µA, high linearity, and built-in EEPROM for reliable power-up recall. Easily integrate it into your system for accurate, programmable resistance adjustments.
