They achieve 48.5dB SINAD and 69dBc SFDR at 5.5MHz input frequency and 22Msps. The DACs provide fully differential I-Q outputs with ±400mV full-scale and a 1.4V common mode level, with phase matching of ±0.15° and amplitude matching of ±0.05dB. They offer 10-bit resolution with 71.7dBc SFDR and 57dB SNR at 2.2MHz output frequency. The device supports simultaneous or independent operation of ADCs and DACs for FDD and TDD systems. It operates from a supply voltage of 2.7V to 3.3V, within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, and includes an internal 1.024V voltage reference or an external reference. Controlled via a 3-wire serial interface, it consumes ultra-low power—approximately 42mW at 22MHz and 34mW at 15.36MHz. Digital outputs are TTL/CMOS compatible, with multiplexed parallel input/output for both ADCs and DACs. The device features an integral nonlinearity of ±0.15LSB and differential nonlinearity of ±0.15LSB, with ADC offset error of ±0.24% full scale and gain error of ±0.77% full scale.
