The Off-the-shelf EdgeLock discrete cable assemblies are designed for secure, space-efficient connections with positive locking mechanisms that prevent accidental disconnection. Featuring a locking component on the reverse side of the crimp terminal, these assemblies ensure reliable mating into the housing cavity. The dual cantilever crimp terminal design provides increased normal force for long-term electrical reliability. Suitable for applications in consumer electronics, home appliances, industrial equipment, and solid-state lighting, these assemblies include a polarization rib on the connector housing to prevent mis-mating with PCBs. Certified by UL (file no.: E29179), they support a maximum voltage of 125VAC/DC and current up to 3A, with a durability of up to 30 cycles. Constructed with a nylon housing, phosphor bronze contacts, and tin-plated contact areas with underplating, they operate effectively within temperatures ranging from -10°C to +105°C.
