The 216331 series EdgeLock off-the-shelf cable assemblies provide a space-saving solution with secure, positive locking features for reliable mating. The design includes a locking mechanism on the reverse side of the crimp terminal to prevent accidental disconnection once inserted into the housing. Dual cantilever crimp terminals with embossed contact points ensure greater normal force for long-term electrical reliability. The connector housing features a polarization rib to prevent mis-mating with the PCB. These assemblies are suitable for applications in consumer electronics, home appliances, industrial equipment, and solid-state lighting. They are UL approved (file no.: E29179), operate at a maximum voltage of 125VAC/DC with a current of up to 3A, and have a durability of up to 30 mating cycles. Constructed with a nylon housing, phosphor bronze contacts, and tin plating, they operate within a temperature range of -10°C to +105°C.
