Off-the-shelf Mega-Fit single row cable assemblies provide a 25A current rating and come in various lengths. They feature a compact connector with polarizing and unique keying to protect terminals, ensure compatibility with all Mega-Fit single row headers, and prevent electrical arcing during charging. The new latch with grip steps offers superior retention, while individually polarized headers prevent mis-mating and support keying features. The assemblies include a locking mechanism to secure terminals with low insertion force and utilize high-quality materials such as nylon housings and high-conductivity copper contacts with tin plating. Certified by UL and CSA, these assemblies are suitable for applications in commercial vehicles, home appliances, industrial equipment, and telecommunications. Designed for use with 12 AWG conductors, they support a maximum voltage of 600V AC/DC, operating in temperatures from -40°C to +105°C. Mating force is up to 6.8N, unmating force is at least 5N, and they can withstand up to 25 mating cycles.
