This off-the-shelf Mega-Fit single row cable assembly features a 25A current rating and multiple cable lengths, with a compact connector designed for both prototyping and mass production. It includes polarizing and keying features to protect terminals and prevent mis-mating, ensuring compatibility with all current Mega-Fit single row headers. The assembly has a newly designed latch with enhanced retention, low-mating force, and supports electrical safety by minimizing arcing. The nylon housing meets V0 and glow-wire European standards, with high conductivity copper contacts, tin plating, and TPA (terminal position assurance) to prevent terminal backout. It offers UL and CSA certification, is suitable for use with 12AWG wires, supports a maximum voltage of 600V AC/DC, and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
