The 34729-0160 is a 16-circuit, two-row Stac64™ receptacle assembly with polarization A. It features tin-plated brass contacts, through-hole termination, and PCB mounting. Made from high-temperature thermoplastic, this PCB receptacle is compatible with the 34803 CTX64 female terminal and mates with 34690 and 34691 series 2.54mm pitch Stac64™ vertical headers. Designed for signal and wire-to-board applications, the Stac64™ system offers a stackable connection with a variety of circuit sizes, eliminating the need for custom tooling, and includes pressure-activated female connectors. It supports both low-level signals and power applications up to 30A, making it suitable for automotive and device manufacturer use. Features include components molded in USCAR color schemes for polarization, pre-assembled Mylar alignment strips for right-angle headers, and a modular housing with dovetail features. The connector has a black color, with a current rating of 10A per contact, a voltage rating of 500V, and an operating temperature range from -40°C to 100°C.
