The 2200R series radial lead inductor features a hot-dipped tin-plated termination. Designed for low to medium current applications, these inductors offer a compact footprint suitable for high-density PCB layouts where larger chip inductors are inadequate for power handling. They provide low DC resistance and are fully compliant with RoHS standards, compatible with both RoHS and traditional Sn/Pb soldering processes. The inductors operate reliably within a temperature range of -25°C to 70°C and are suitable for power management, industrial, defense, military, and aerospace applications. Their maximum continuous current is determined when the inductance drops to 90% of its nominal value or when the temperature rise reaches 30°C, whichever occurs first, ensuring safe operating limits.
