It features quick response to load changes, an ultra-small surface-mount package, and a maximum efficiency of 94.4%. The converter offers excellent thermal derating performance, along with protections such as under voltage lockout (UVLO), output short circuit protection, and over-current protection. It includes on/off control with positive logic and provides a power-good signal. The device has been tested for high reliability, including heat shock testing for 700 cycles between -40°C and +125°C. It is compatible with Enpirion parts EM2030xQI, EM2130HxQI, and EM2130LxQI.
