These devices are unity gain stable and have a gain bandwidth product of 385 kHz (typical). Designed with Microchip’s advanced CMOS process, they operate with a single supply voltage as low as 1.8V while drawing low quiescent current per amplifier (30 µA, typical). This makes them well-suited for single-supply, high-precision, battery-powered applications in automotive, portable instrumentation, sensor conditioning, and medical instrumentation. The family is available in single (MCP6051), dual (MCP6052), and quad (MCP6054) configurations, and comes in various package types including SOIC, TSSOP, and TDFN.
