The MAX1136EUA+ is a low-power, 4-channel, 10-bit successive approximation ADC with a high-speed 2-wire I2C interface supporting up to 1.7 MHz. It features internal track/hold, voltage reference, and clock circuitry in an 8-pin µMAX package. Operating from 4.5V to 5.5V, it consumes only 670µA at 94.4ksps, with Idle currents below 230µA. It includes AutoShutdown for power saving, fully differential inputs with configurable unipolar/bipolar and single-ended/differential operation, and an internal 4.096V reference.
