The 216010 series Super Sabre-to-Super Sabre cable assembly is an off-the-shelf solution rated at 34A per blade and 600V, suitable for high-current and high-voltage applications. Designed with a low-profile form factor, it offers a cost-effective alternative to gold-plated terminals, optimized for 10 to 12 AWG wires. The assembly features a flat-blade terminal design with four independent contact points, providing reliable electrical connections. Fully isolated terminals on both sides ensure protection against damage and shock, while the silver-plated high-conductivity alloy terminals prevent fretting corrosion. It incorporates positive latch and terminal position assurance features to prevent back-out in high-vibration environments.
