The 216330 series EdgeLock off-the-shelf cable assemblies feature space-saving design with positive locking for secure connections. They include a locking mechanism on the reverse side of the crimp terminal to prevent accidental disconnection once inserted into the housing cavity. The dual cantilever crimp terminals provide greater normal force, ensuring long-term electrical reliability. These assemblies are suitable for use in consumer and home appliances, industrial equipment, and solid-state lighting applications. Key features include a polarization rib on the connector housing to prevent mis-mating with PCBs, UL approval (file no. E29179), and a maximum voltage rating of 125VAC/DC with a current capacity of up to 3A. They are designed for durability up to 30 mating cycles, constructed with a nylon housing, phosphor bronze contacts with tin plating, and operate within a temperature range of -10°C to +105°C.
