The 216330 series EdgeLock-to-EdgeLock off-the-shelf cable assembly features space-saving design with positive locking for secure connections and various cable lengths. It includes a locking mechanism on the reverse side of the crimp terminal to prevent accidental disconnection once inserted into the connector housing. The dual cantilever crimp terminal design provides increased normal force for enhanced long-term electrical reliability. The connector housing incorporates a polarization rib to prevent mis-mating with PCBs. Constructed with a nylon housing and phosphor bronze contacts with tin plating, this assembly is UL-approved (file no.: E29179), supports up to 125VAC/DC at 3A, and withstands up to 30 mating cycles. Operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +105°C. Typical applications include consumer appliances, industrial equipment, and solid-state lighting systems.
