This Mega-Fit female-to-pigtail off-the-shelf cable assembly features a 25A current rating and is available in various lengths. It includes a compact connector with polarization and keying features to protect terminals, ensure compatibility with all Mega-Fit single-row headers, and prevent electrical arcing during operation. The assembly incorporates a new latch design for superior retention and low mating force, along with an internal locking mechanism that supports tangling and low insertion force. The housing is made of V0-rated, glow-wire compliant nylon, with high conductivity copper contacts that are tin-plated and undercoated for durability. Certified by UL and CSA, it is designed for use with 12 AWG wire, with a maximum voltage of 600V AC/DC, and operates within temperatures from -40°C to +105°C.
