This off-the-shelf Mega-Fit single-row cable assembly delivers a 25A current rating and is available in various lengths. Its compact connector features polarizing and unique keying to prevent terminal damage and ensure compatibility with Mega-Fit single-row headers. The design includes a new latch with grip steps for superior retention and low mating force. The female-to-pigtail assembly incorporates an internal locking mechanism to secure terminals with minimal insertion effort. The housing meets V0 and glow-wire European standards, and features a uniquely keyed design to prevent mis-mating. TPA (Terminal Position Assurance) locks support terminal retention and provide guidance during assembly. Constructed with a nylon housing, high-conductivity copper contacts with tin plating, the assembly is UL and CSA certified. Suitable for applications in commercial vehicles, home appliances, industrial, and networking equipment, it supports 12 AWG wire, with a maximum voltage of 600V AC/DC, operating temperatures from -40°C to +105°C. Mating and unmating forces are rated at 6.8N and 5N respectively, with durability up to 25 mating cycles.
