The Pico-Spox 1.5mm tin (Sn) discrete wire cable assemblies are off-the-shelf (OTS) products designed to facilitate prototyping and preproduction. They utilize popular terminals compatible with widely available crimping tools, ensuring easy assembly. The connectors feature vertical and right-angle single-row headers with a unique friction lock that provides secure latch protection and terminal retention. The 1.5mm pitch connector offers reliable mating with 30% space savings compared to standard 2mm wire-to-board systems. These assemblies are suitable for use in consumer electronics, industrial automation, and medical technology applications. The Pico-SPOX-to-Pigtail cable assembly includes an SMT-type plug header for automated assembly, polarization keys for correct mating, and is UL and CSA certified. It supports a maximum voltage of 250VAC, with a maximum current of 2.5A per contact, and uses UL 10002 24AWG wire within a nylon housing, featuring phosphor bronze contacts with tin plating. Designed for up to 10 mating cycles, it operates effectively in temperatures from -10°C to +105°C.
